Is there a free trial?
Yes — 7 days, so you can process your own footage before you decide.
When does the trial start?
The first time you sign in inside the Scrubjay app. Creating your account on the web is free and does not start the clock, so you can sign up now and install whenever it suits you — the full 7 days are still waiting.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Creating an account takes two clicks with Google or Discord, and no payment details are collected. You only enter them at checkout, from inside the app, if you choose to subscribe.
How do I subscribe?
Download Scrubjay for your platform and subscribe in-app. There is nothing to buy before you install.
Which sign-in provider should I use?
Whichever you prefer. Your account is your email address, not the provider, so signing up with Google and later signing in with Discord lands you on the same account as long as both use that address.
Why is it called early adopter pricing?
Scrubjay is in active development and improving with every release. It's at a point where it can provide real value, so we're offering early adopter pricing while we continue to build.
